Liability Waiver

Soccer is a physical sport. Before joining games on FC Pickup you must read and accept this assumption-of-risk agreement. If you do not accept it, you cannot join games.

I confirm that I am physically able to take part in pickup soccer and that I choose to play voluntarily, at my own risk.

I understand that playing soccer carries an inherent risk of injury — including sprains, broken bones and, in rare cases, serious or permanent injury — and I knowingly accept that risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release the game organizer, the group and its admins, and FC Pickup / Calgie LLC from liability for injuries or losses arising from ordinary participation in games I join. This release does not cover gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Any guests I bring participate at their own risk. I confirm that I have informed my guests of this waiver and that I am responsible for them at the field.

I am responsible for my own medical care and insurance. Neither the organizer nor FC Pickup provides accident or health coverage.
