Delete your FC Pickup account

Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion starts immediately and finishes within a few minutes. You do not need to contact us.

If you own a group, ownership passes to a co-admin. If you are the only admin, the group is closed and its upcoming games are cancelled with full refunds before your account is removed.

Email support@fcpickup.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually within one business day.

Erased outright, with no recovery:

• Your sign-in credentials and Apple/Google sign-in link, and any two-factor secrets
• Your name, email address, profile, and profile photo
• Your push notification tokens and your notification history
• Your saved location
• Your group memberships, RSVPs to upcoming games, waitlist entries, and join requests
• Your player standings and any private organizer notes about you
• Anyone you blocked, and any blocks against you
• Your payout account link, and the connected Stripe account itself once its balance reaches zero

Content that other people took part in is kept, but permanently disconnected from you. It can no longer be traced back to your account:

• Chat messages you sent in game threads
• Ratings you gave and ratings you received
• Attendance and no-show records
• Email delivery logs

• Finalized game results.Scores and outcomes of games you played stay, so the other players' records remain accurate.
• Payment records. Transaction records for game fees are kept as financial and tax records, as we are required to.
• Waiver acceptances. Which liability-waiver version you accepted, when, and in which language. Kept as the record of a legal agreement, and for nothing else.

Live systems are cleared as described above at the moment the deletion runs. Residual copies leave our encrypted backups within 30 days, after which nothing remains except the anonymized and legally required records listed above, which are kept for as long as the law requires.
